We want your cat to love Zynpaws™ Hemp Calming Chews. If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we'll make it right.

What's Covered

  • Full refund if unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Exchange for same product if opened but not expired

  • Store credit for partially used bags (your cat didn't like taste/texture)

What's NOT Covered

❌ Used + expired product (past Best By date)
❌ Broken seals/tampered packaging
❌ Missing original packaging (for unopened returns)
❌ Customer pays return shipping (unless defective)

2. Send photos of product + packaging
3. Receive prepaid return label (defective only)
4. Refund processed 3-5 business days after inspection
